Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue, creating a neuromuscular response and allowing the tissue to release and re-pattern. Both passive and active techniques are used, along with cupping to help reduce restrictions, eliminate pain and restore motion.
60 minutes of focused & detailed one-on-one training that’s specifically designed for you and your needs, and includes a Macro friendly nutrition packet.
